entry & age

  • Strictly 19+. Valid physical ID is required. No exceptions.

  • Passport, driver’s licence, or national ID. No screenshots, photos, or expired documents.

  • It will be confiscated, and you will be refused entry.

tickets & refunds

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

  • You may transfer your ticket, but the new holder must comply with all entry requirements. Contact us if you wish to proceed so.

  • No. Only tickets purchased via our official website or socials are valid.

  • Speak to staff at the door, so we can verify legitimate purchases. Fake/duplicate tickets will not be accepted.

  • Yes. Entry is at the discretion of security and management.

  • Common reasons include:

    • Visible intoxication

    • Aggressive or disruptive behaviour

    • Failure to comply with house rules

    No refunds will be issued.

  • No strict dress code, but entry may be refused if attire is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

  • Not guaranteed. Subject to security discretion.

  • Where available, cloakroom use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • No. Any possession, use, or sale of illegal substances will result in removal and may be reported to authorities.

  • Yes. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

  • From the city centre, you can take:

    • Bus H3 towards Howth

    We recommend checking routes via Google Maps or Transport for Ireland.

  • Limited. Please plan your journey in advance.

  • No. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport.
