    • Aggressive or disruptive behaviour

    • Non-compliance with venue rules

    • Safety concerns identified by staff or security

    No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • K2 operates a strict zero tolerance policy towards:

    • Possession of illegal substances

    • Use of illegal substances

    • Distribution or sale of drugs

    Anyone found engaging in such activity will be:

    The following will not be tolerated:

    • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour

    • Physical or verbal aggression

    • Disrespect towards staff, performers, or guests

    Anyone engaging in such behaviour will be removed without warning.

    • Disability

    If you experience or witness any issue, please inform a member of staff immediately.

  • Look after each other.

    If someone appears unwell or unsafe, please notify staff or security.

    We take guest safety seriously and will respond immediately.

  • Tickets are only valid if purchased through:

    • Our verified social media channels

    K2 is not responsible for tickets purchased via third parties.

    • Fake or duplicated tickets will not be accepted

    • Entry will be refused regardless of price paid

  • This event may be filmed and photographed.

    By entering the venue, you consent to being recorded and to the use of this content for promotional purposes.

  • This event may include:

    • Intense visual effects

    These may not be suitable for individuals with:
